The Trinidad and Tobago Allstar Association, is a non profit youth sporting organization dedicated to bringing out the best in athletes from all backgrounds by teaching them how to lead, as well as encourage and support each other through team building and interpersonal skill development. Our philosophy is simple: foster dynamic spirit leadership in young people and they will continue to develop leadership skills for life. All of our programs and activities adhere to this rule, which is why confidence, enthusiasm, responsibility and motivation all thrive in our programs. The TTASA is designed to:
By becoming a TTASA member you, your team, organization will have access to the following benefits:
A. By reistering as a member of the Trinidad and Tobago Allstar Association the organization agrees to:
- Enable athletes of all ages to identify values and choices that they can commit to based on the positive impact of those choices and actions in their communities.
- Enhance the development of skills that promote specific life skills, such as, teamwork, discipline and leadership.
- Create an enabling environment where athletes can develop confidence through progressive and action oriented goals to become upstanding citizens of Trinidad and Tobago.
By becoming a TTASA member you, your team, organization will have access to the following benefits:
- Access to attend all sanctioned TTASA events
- Access to safety equipment including mats and teaching aides at a reduced rental fee
- Coach Training, Certification and Networking
- Team Manager Training, Certifcation and Networking
- Access to TTASA's annual Leadership Convention
- Scholarships, Work Study and Grants
- Voting Rights- Growth, Safety, Integrity
A. By reistering as a member of the Trinidad and Tobago Allstar Association the organization agrees to:
- Assign a staff member or teacher as a representative of the organization with whom The Association staff can liaise.
- Attend by appropriate representatives competitions, performances, practices, exercises and other Association events as required.
- Provide an appropriate area for practice and other exercises commensurate with the appropriate activity, cheer and/or dance.
- Provide organization logos to be used on appropriate Association banners and marketing material as determined by the Association. .
- Except with the prior express permission of the Asscoiation the organization shall maintain the integrity of the Trinidad and Tobago Allstar Association by keeping confidential the process involved as well as any information and activies that may be revealed during the course of the cheer and/or dance program.
- The coaches, staff and board of TTASA shall not be held liable for any losses or damage sustained by any parties involved in cheer and/or dance activities.
- Allow the association to use images of the students and their respective likeness for promotional and marketing materials with parental consent.
- Work with The Association to resolve any challenges that may arise throughout the duration of membership.
- Abide by all safety and code of conduct rules and regulations as set forth by competitions and/or camps.
- Where a TTASA coach is not provided, the organization agrees to take full responsibility and liability for participants in the program. Including coaches, staff, athletes and parents.
- Where a coach is provided the organization shall not enter into a contract with the coach to provide sevices that would duplicate any services offered by TTASA.
